A lot of payphones on 59st (Colombus Circle) had this stickers which you can buy yourself at www.crimethinc.com.
The sticker reads:
“Your conversation is being monitored by the U.S. government courtesy of the US Patriot Act of 2001. Sec. 216 of which permits all phone calls to be recorded without a warrant or notification. For more information, visit www.crimethinc.com”
